I was moved to tears by our president elect's moving acceptance speech.
Our work as a nation has only just begun.
I willingly accept my job as a partner in the new administration.
After all, George Bush's plan has given all of us $1,758.47( per each American) ownership in the banking world.
Barack is giving us a partnership in America for free.

I cried too. His speech was so stirring and yet appropriately sober.
And new meaning to commander in chief...his audience/supporters were dignified!
I teared up also today, everytime I talked with someone about the election. Tears of joy on a great day for civil rights. We have created a transformation in the Civil Rights for African Americans in our country, but still the battle continues for Gay and Lesbian Americans. We fight on for equality for all.
